Forderungsanmeldung (filing a claim, § 174 InsO)
The written filing of a claim against the insolvent company with the administrator — reason and amount, with evidence, within the filing deadline.
Anyone with a claim against the insolvent company — an unpaid invoice, a trade credit, a wage claim — must file it with the administrator in charge, not with the court and not through this website. Übernahme-Radar is a database tool for buyers of assets out of the insolvency estate; it is not the filing office and does not accept claims.
The filing is informal but must be in writing (many administrators offer their own form or an online portal): the creditor's name and address, the reason for the claim, the amount, and — where available — evidence (invoices, contracts, reminders). The administrator's name and contact details for a given case are published in its § 9 InsO notice, for example on that case's company page here on the Radar.
The deadline is the Anmeldefrist (see that entry) — typically 4–6 weeks after the opening decision, set by the court in the same ruling. A late filing is still possible under § 177 InsO, but comes with extra effort and cost risk. For questions about your own claim, contact the administrator's office directly, or — for larger amounts — get a short legal review.
