- Directly from Registrul Comerțului / ONRC (CC BY 4.0), the official register. We publish no data that is not already public there, and the source is credited on every Romania company page under CC BY 4.0.

- How often is Romania updated?
- Daily. Emptera re-reads Registrul Comerțului / ONRC (CC BY 4.0) on a schedule, so a company that enters insolvență appears in the feed the day the register records it.
- Does Emptera publish personal data about Romania business owners?
- No. Sole traders and other natural persons are filtered out before anything is published — we index companies, not people. Company data (legal name, registration number, court, registered office) is legal-entity information and outside the scope of the GDPR under Recital 14.
