- Directly from Maksātnespējas reģistrs (UR, CC0), the official register. We publish no data that is not already public there, and the source is credited on every Latvia company page under CC0 1.0 (public domain).

- How often is Latvia updated?
- Daily. Emptera re-reads Maksātnespējas reģistrs (UR, CC0) on a schedule, so a company that enters maksātnespēja appears in the feed the day the register records it.
- Does Emptera publish personal data about Latvia business owners?
- No. Sole traders and other natural persons are filtered out before anything is published — we index companies, not people. Company data (legal name, registration number, court, registered office) is legal-entity information and outside the scope of the GDPR under Recital 14.
