- How often is Lithuania updated?
- Daily. Emptera re-reads Juridinių asmenų registras (CC BY 4.0) on a schedule, so a company that enters bankrotas appears in the feed the day the register records it.
- Does Emptera publish personal data about Lithuania business owners?
- No. Sole traders and other natural persons are filtered out before anything is published — we index companies, not people. Company data (legal name, registration number, court, registered office) is legal-entity information and outside the scope of the GDPR under Recital 14.
