- Directly from e-Oglasna ploča sudova (stečaj), the official register. We publish no data that is not already public there, and the source is credited on every Croatia company page under free public court notices.

- How often is Croatia updated?
- Daily. Emptera re-reads e-Oglasna ploča sudova (stečaj) on a schedule, so a company that enters stečaj appears in the feed the day the register records it.
- Does Emptera publish personal data about Croatia business owners?
- No. Sole traders and other natural persons are filtered out before anything is published — we index companies, not people. Company data (legal name, registration number, court, registered office) is legal-entity information and outside the scope of the GDPR under Recital 14.
