🇨🇭Unternehmen im Konkurs in der Schweiz

Liste der Gesellschaften, über die der Konkurs eröffnet wurde, aus dem amtlichen Register. Täglich aktualisiert.

The Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SHAB/SOGC) publishes every Konkurs notice with a machine-readable API — and flags whether the debtor is a company, so Emptera never publishes a private individual.

1,751 companies from Switzerland are searchable in Emptera today, the most recent published 2026-09-10, with 613 added in the last 30 days.

Switzerland insolvency data — questions

Where does Emptera's Switzerland insolvency data come from?
Directly from SHAB / SOGC (Konkurspublikationen), the official register. We publish no data that is not already public there, and the source is credited on every Switzerland company page under SECO Official Gazettes Portal terms.
How many insolvent companies from Switzerland are in Emptera?
1,751 companies, covering 2021-06-04 to 2026-09-10. 613 were added in the last 30 days.
How often is Switzerland updated?
Daily. Emptera re-reads SHAB / SOGC (Konkurspublikationen) on a schedule, so a company that enters Konkurs appears in the feed the day the register records it.
Does Emptera publish personal data about Switzerland business owners?
No. Sole traders and other natural persons are filtered out before anything is published — we index companies, not people. Company data (legal name, registration number, court, registered office) is legal-entity information and outside the scope of the GDPR under Recital 14.
